Al Durant was very good! He was on time, very respectful and nice. He made sure that everything he saw a problem with, big or small, he informed us in depth of the issue. Pre-purchase inspection performed. Al was great throughout the process, from start to finish. His website made it easy to schedule our appointment (the day before even!) and the process of confirming our appointment was very streamlined. Day-of the inspection he arrived early to assess the outside of the home and did a thorough job throughout. Found Al through my real estate agent. This is my first house and I did not know what to expect during an inspection. I was very nervous because I knew the condition of the house was not in the best of shape. Al was very professional and talked me through all the steps of the process.
