Al Durant was very good! He was on time, very respectful and nice. He made sure that everything he saw a problem with, big or small, he informed us in depth of the issue. He has excellent customer service. I was able to call him any time and if he didn't answer, his turn around was quick. I would recommend Al to anyone.

Pre-purchase inspection performed. Al was great throughout the process, from start to finish. His website made it easy to schedule our appointment (the day before even!) and the process of confirming our appointment was very streamlined. Day-of the inspection he arrived early to assess the outside of the home and did a thorough job throughout. He explained his findings during our visit together and our report was ready within a day and was very thorough. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!
