Found Al through my real estate agent. This is my first house and I did not know what to expect during an inspection. I was very nervous because I knew the condition of the house was not in the best of shape. Al was very professional and talked me through all the steps of the process. He was on time, even started the outside inspection before our actual inspection time. Before the inspection, I was informed to not ask questions throughout the inspection, that asking questions would interrupt the process. Every time Al finished a section he would ask me did I have any questions and explained what he did. He found problems in the house that I was not even aware of. He made recommendations for me that I would never have thought of. Even though I was punching numbers in my head of how much everything would cost, Al reassured me that the house I was getting was a good choice. The inspection report was received a day after inspection with plenty of pictures of what needed to be fixed. I ended up getting the house, and all the recommendations Al gave to me I am slowly fixing. Highly Recommend. Thank You!!!

Al was very courteous and very patient. He arrived at the property before I did and had already started. In the beginning of the inspection he was very professional, by the end of the inspection he felt like family.

The report provided was very thorough and the pictures were very helpful. Al also addressed all my questions.
